Terms of Use
Effective from: 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ClevroLab. By creating an account or using the website, the Telegram bot or the browser extension, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who provides the service
ClevroLab is provided by a private individual, Denys. Contact: clevrolab@gmail.com.
2. Age and account
- You may use ClevroLab from the age of 16.
- Give a real email address and do not share access to your account with others. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
- If you suspect someone has gained access to your account, change your password and write to us at clevrolab@gmail.com.
3. Price
The service is currently free. If paid features appear, we will describe the payment and refund terms separately. We will never charge you without your separate, explicit consent.
4. What you must not do
- Copy the service’s content in bulk with bots, scrapers or other automated means, or bypass rate limits.
- Interfere with the service, look for and exploit vulnerabilities, or access other people’s accounts. If you find a vulnerability, please write to us.
- Upload illegal content or material you have no right to use.
- Impersonate another person or mislead other users, including through the name or avatar on the leaderboard.
If you break these rules, we may restrict or close your account. We usually warn you first and explain why. We act without warning only when the safety of other users, of the service, or the law requires it.
5. Leaderboard
The leaderboard shows your nickname and points (XP), as well as your avatar and English level. It is visible to other users and site visitors.
By default, if you sign in with Google, your nickname is taken from the name in your Google account. For new accounts it is your first name and the first letter of your surname, for example “Olena K.”. You can change your nickname or remove your avatar at any time in your profile.
6. Your content
Texts, links and files you add (for example, in “Learn from Anything”) remain yours. You only give us the right to store and process them in order to provide the service to you: analyse the text, create collections and show them to you. We do not show them to other users.
Add only what you have the right to use. Personal study based on an article or a book is usually acceptable; distributing other people’s texts is not.
7. Our content
Lessons, exercises, tests, collections, the design, the ClevroLab name and logo, and the software code are protected by copyright and belong to ClevroLab or its licensors. You may use them for your own non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell or publish them without our written permission.
YouTube videos, articles and other third-party material the service links to belong to their rights holders. We only link to them and do not embed them.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to clevrolab@gmail.com. We will look into it and, if you are right, remove the material.
8. Third-party services
Google sign-in, the Telegram bot and the YouTube browser extension depend on Google and Telegram services. Their own terms also apply to them. We are not responsible for how these services work.
9. Educational nature
ClevroLab is a self-study tool. The level test gives an approximate estimate, not an official certificate. We do not guarantee specific results: they depend on how you study.
10. Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running reliably, but interruptions, errors and changes to features are possible. We will give advance notice before closing the service or an important feature and, on your request, provide a copy of your data.
11. Liability
Because the service is free, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost time, lost profits) or for loss of data. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited (in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), or takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
12. Stopping use of the service
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and data, write to clevrolab@gmail.com, as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes to these terms on the website or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts there or in Ireland.
Please write to us first at clevrolab@gmail.com: most issues are easier to resolve directly.
